After successfully completing the form, a confirmation message will then appear. If not contacted by AoP within 2 hours (during AoP business hours), please email contact@angelsonpatrol.org to check the status of your request. **Technical glitches out of our control occur, and we want to ensure we don't miss a request for assistance.**
AoP is closed from 1700 - 0800 hours Monday- Friday, Saturdays/Sundays and holidays.
If you are submitting a request during those times please obtain the After Hours Visa PEX card housed within your department. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A CALL BACK DURING THE HOURS WE ARE CLOSED. If you will be using the After Hours card, please submit the request to AoP after doing so, in order that AoP may receive accurate and current contact/location information for when we reopen.
