Angels on Patrol ONLY accepts requests entered by ON-DUTY AZ POST certified law enforcement officers. *Off duty requests can not be granted* 

Important Information:

AoP was founded with the goal of assisting officers lift people out of crisis and help with a long-term solution. ANGELS ON PATROL IS NOT A HOMELESS SHELTER PROVIDER. PLEASE REFER BELOW TO COMMUNITY RESOURCES THAT SPECIALIZE IN THIS AREA.

****AoP WILL NOT provide assistance if an officer is asked or called out solely to place a request to AoP.***  For example, if an officer is asked by a Victim Advocate, DCS, community member, community agency, etc., as this does not meet our mission. Have the person in need contact 211 instead.  We are first and foremost a resource for officers.

AFTER HOURS REQUEST - 

AoP is closed from 1700 - 0800 hours Monday- Friday, Saturdays/Sundays and holidays.  If you are submitting a request during those times please obtain the After Hours Visa card housed within your department.  YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A CALL BACK DURING THE HOURS WE ARE CLOSED.  

If you will be using the After Hours Visa card, please submit the request to AoP after doing so, in order that AoP may receive accurate and current contact information for when we reopen. Then take a picture of the receipt and email it to accounting@angelsonpatrol.org.

After successfully completing the form, a confirmation message will then appear. If not contacted by AoP within 2 hours (during AoP business hours), please email contact@angelsonpatrol.org to check the status of your request.  **Technical glitches out of our control occur, and we want to ensure we don't miss a request for assistance.**
